Specific engagements (e.g. a paid talk, bootcamp, or pilot) may be governed by a separate agreement or statement of work. In case of conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

To the extent permitted by law, PragmAIca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim.
