Data Handling & Security
A plain-English overview for enterprises and teams. Last updated: March 2025.
In short
We do not store or process your code or confidential business data on our systems for training or product use. When we deliver talks, bootcamps, or pilots, we work with tools and workflows that you control (e.g. your own Copilot, Cursor, or Claude setup). Our role is to teach and guide; we do not run AI models on your proprietary data unless we agree otherwise in a specific engagement.
Do you store our code?
No. We do not ingest, store, or use your source code or repositories for training or for building our own products. In workshops or pilots, you use your own environments and tools; we may see snippets only as needed to coach (e.g. in a shared session), and we do not retain those for our systems. Any materials we create for you (e.g. specs, playbooks) are yours under the terms we agree for that engagement.
Website and contact data
Our website may collect usage data (e.g. analytics) and information you send via forms or email. We use this to respond to you and improve the site. We do not sell this data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Security and compliance
We follow good practices for the data we do hold: limited collection, secure handling, and access only when needed. We align our teaching and recommendations with established frameworks (e.g. OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, NIST AI RMF) so that what we teach fits enterprise security and governance expectations. For specific compliance needs (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR), we can discuss scope in an engagement.
Engagements
For talks, bootcamps, or pilots we can agree on data-handling and confidentiality in a statement of work or separate agreement. We are happy to work within your policies (e.g. no cloud tools, on-prem only) where feasible.
Contact
Questions about data handling or security: use the contact form or email on this site. We will respond and, where appropriate, can schedule a short call to address enterprise or compliance questions.
